The best AI affiliate programs are the ones that keep paying after the first invoice, tell you their cookie length before you apply, and sell a product people renew. Everything below was read from each company's own affiliate page on 22 September 2026 and is quoted with the page linked, so you can check it yourself. Programs whose terms were not published anywhere public were left out rather than guessed at.

What makes an AI affiliate program worth promoting?

Four numbers decide almost everything, and three of them are usually buried:

1. The rate. What percentage of the payment you keep, or the flat bounty per customer.
2. How long it pays. One payment, twelve months, twenty-four months, or for as long as the customer stays.
3. The cookie. How many days a click stays attributed to you.
4. The payout minimum. The balance you have to reach before any money moves.

A 40% rate on a single first payment is worth less than 20% for two years. A 90 day cookie is worth little if the payout minimum is $200 and your audience is small. Read all four together.

Two honest notes on that table. Notion's page carried a banner saying the program is not accepting new affiliates on the day we read it, so treat it as a program to watch rather than one to join. And "not published" means exactly that: the company may well have a number, it just is not on the public page, which is itself worth knowing before you build a review around it.

Which of these pay recurring commission?

Recurring, in months: Murf up to 24, SocialFaktory 12, ElevenLabs 12, Jasper 12, Writesonic 12, Frase 12, HeyGen 3. Synthesia publishes a 25% rate but not a duration.

One payment only: Descript, Surfer, Semrush. That is not a criticism. Surfer's top tier pays more than a full month of the subscription up front, and Semrush's bounties are large. If your traffic converts in volume and you would rather be paid now than over a year, a bounty program is the rational choice. Where does SocialFaktory sit on this list?

Not at the top on headline rate, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. HeyGen pays 35%, higher than our 30%, but for three months instead of twelve. Surfer can pay more than the whole first month at once. What our program will have when it opens is an unusually long paid window against a low bar to get paid:

What does one referral pay?

One Brand plan referral at $99 a month earns 30%, so $29.70 a month for twelve months, or $356.40 in total if they stay. That first month's commission passes the $25 payout minimum on its own, and it becomes payable after a 30 day hold, so the first payout lands the month after. An Agency referral at $199 earns $59.70 a month.

Does the person who clicks your link get anything?

On most of the programs above, no. They pay you and the reader gets the same deal they would have got anyway. Two exceptions are worth knowing: SocialFaktory will grant 200 welcome credits on the referred person's first payment when its program opens, and among the social tools in our comparison of social media tool programs, Vista Social gives referred users a discount on their first year.

This matters more than affiliates usually assume. A gift the reader receives changes the sentence you get to write. "Here is my link" converts worse than "here is a link that starts you with 200 credits", and the second sentence is also easier to disclose honestly.

How long do you have to convert a click?

Cookie windows on this list run from 30 days at HeyGen to 120 days at Semrush. SocialFaktory sits in the middle at 60 days, with last click winning, attribution saved once at signup, and never applied backwards to an account that already existed.

That last rule is standard and it catches people out. If you tell an existing user to click your link, nobody earns anything. Referral programs pay for new accounts.

What should you read before you apply?

Beyond the four numbers, check five things in the program terms:

• The hold. Most programs hold a commission for 30 to 90 days against refunds. SocialFaktory holds for 30 days after the payment it came from.
• Clawbacks. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission almost everywhere, including here.
• Your payout country. Cash payouts depend on the payment rail the program uses. Where a cash payout is not supported here, the balance converts to credits instead.

• What you may not do. Bidding on the brand's own name in paid search is banned by most programs, including Buffer's.

How do you disclose an affiliate link?

Say it where the reader sees the link, before they click, in plain words: "these are affiliate links and I earn a commission if you subscribe." Do not bury it in a footer, and do not rely on a rel attribute to do the talking. Every program on this list requires disclosure, and so do we. It also converts fine. Which one should you actually promote?
