How SocialFaktory Works: The Complete Guide

SocialFaktory is a production line for short-form video: brief in, published video out. Finished videos wait in your library, and nothing goes live until you schedule the post yourself. This guide covers every concept in the product.

Brands

Everything lives inside a brand workspace: its voice, its presenters, its connected social accounts, its videos, and its calendar. One account can hold many brands, each fully isolated, each with its own icon and accent color.

Actors and voices

Actors are your on-camera cast. Use presenters from the library, generate new ones in the Actor Studio, or clone yourself from two minutes of footage. Each actor pairs with a voice: library voices, or a clone of your own. Every actor speaks 8 languages with native lipsync.

Formats and hooks

Nineteen formats define how a video is shot and edited: Talking Head, Listicle, Man on the Street, Product Ad, and more. Hooks are the opening lines and visuals engineered to stop the scroll; pick one or let the factory choose.

The composer

Where briefs become videos: pick a format, write what you want, choose your cast and product, set the aspect ratio. You can also paste a link to any viral video and get your branded version, or describe a format in plain words.

Credits

Generation consumes credits, priced per step of the pipeline. Your balance, monthly spend, and full history live in Billing. Top up anytime; failed generations are refunded automatically.

The library

Nothing publishes itself. Every generated video waits in your library: keep it, tweak it, or kill it. Edits (captions, magic edits, reframes, translations) happen here too.

The calendar

Videos you schedule are slotted into the best posting time per channel and published to your connected accounts. Plan a month in one sitting; the calendar does the shipping.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any video experience?
No. If you can write two sentences, you can produce a finished, captioned, scheduled video.
What are credits?
The unit of generation cost. Each video consumes credits based on its pipeline steps; failed generations are refunded automatically.
Can anything publish without my approval?
No. The review gate is mandatory; every video requires your explicit approval before it ships.
