How it works

  1. 01

    Set posts per week

Enter how many posts a week each channel gets. A channel left at 0 is not in the plan.

  2. 02

Choose a start date and length

Pick the first day and 1 to 8 weeks. Each week runs for seven days from your start date.

  3. 03

    Download the CSV

Open it in any spreadsheet and write the content for each date and channel in the last column.

What you get

  • Shows every post on its date, week by week.
  • Takes every channel you can publish to, each with its own posts per week.
  • Downloads as a CSV with a header row, one row per post and an empty column for your idea.
  • Free, no signup, and nothing you enter is sent to a server.

Frequently asked questions

How are the posts spread across the week?

As evenly as seven days allow. Three posts a week land on the first, third and fifth day, four on the first, third, fifth and seventh, and seven on every day. Above seven, the extra posts are spread through the week the same way. Days are counted from your start date, not from Monday.

Does it tell me the best time to post?

No. The plan spaces your posts across days and does not pick a time of day. You choose the time when you schedule each post.

What is in the CSV file?

A header row, then one row for each planned post with its week number, date, channel and an empty column for your post idea. Every field is in quotes, so a name with a comma stays in one column.

Can I plan longer than 8 weeks?

One plan covers 1 to 8 weeks. For the next stretch, run the tool again from a later start date.

SocialFaktory's content calendar shows every channel in one view and makes the gaps visible. Fill a gap with a finished video from your library, and the post goes out at the local time you set.
