SocialFaktory generates short-form video from your briefs using AI, and schedules and publishes that content to social channels you connect. Features, formats, and limits depend on your plan and available credits.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account unless your plan says otherwise. You must be at least 16 years old to use SocialFaktory.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Video generation consumes credits; purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the briefs, media, and brand assets you upload, and the videos generated from them. You grant us the licence needed to process, store, and deliver them, including publishing to channels you explicitly connect. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including any likeness you clone. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Don't use SocialFaktory to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, or impersonates a real person without their consent. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Generated video and audio are produced by AI models and may contain errors. You review and approve everything before it publishes. Nothing posts without your approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.

Publishing depends on the social platforms you connect. Their terms apply to content delivered there, and we are not responsible for their availability or policy decisions.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These terms are governed by Swiss law, and disputes are resolved by the competent Swiss courts, except where mandatory law grants you a different forum.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Your continued use of SocialFaktory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
